My name is Heather Lee Kelley and I am currently a 5th-grade teacher at Hardy Oak Elementary School.  I am so excited about being your child's teacher!  It is going to be an amazing year!

I have lived in San Antonio all of my life and have attended North East schools.  I received my bachelor's degree from The University of the Incarnate Word and my Master of Education in Teaching degree from Schreiner University.  I taught my first four years for the Archdiocese of San Antonio, then moved to the Judson Independent School District where I taught for five years. This is my sixteenth year at Hardy Oak teaching 5th grade and I am so blessed that I have the opportunity to teach here!

I am blessed to have one son, Brayden, who is seventeen years old.  He is in the Senior this year.  Brayden loves to workout, drive, and hang out with his friends and family.  He also has a fresh water aquarium hobby.  He enjoys everything to do with fish.  We have two very naughty, but cute kitties, Chloe and Oliver, and a Golden Retriever named Baylee.  I am very lucky to have such a great family!

I love spending time with my family, reading books, collecting vintage home decor, painting furniture, making crafts, and watching TV.  My favorite TV shows are "Fixer Upper" and "Blue Bloods".  Yes, I love the New Kids on the Block!
