Hello Hardy Oak Hornets!!  I am very excited to begin my 10th year at Hardy Oak and 25th year in the district!!

My first two years of college were spent at the University of Texas in Austin as a business major. At that time I was also a member of the Longhorn Band clarinet section. Hook'em!  After deciding to change my major to music education, I transferred to the University of North Texas in Denton and graduated with a degree in Music Education. Upon Graduation I studied music therapy at Southern Methodist University.  I believe that music education is an important part of every child's school experience!
