My name is Irma Reyna and I am your new Family Specialist at Hardy Oak Elementary. I am so excited to be joining you all this school year! A little bit about myself : I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Education; Hook 'Em! I have been living in San Antonio since 2018 with my husband, almost four-year-old son, and two dogs. I was raised in Del Rio, a small border town about two and half hours south of San Antonio, and am fluent in Spanish. I have a strong background in non-profit work. Before joining Vineyard Ranch, I worked at the San Antonio Food Bank and, before that, worked at the YMCA of Austin.
I am here to provide everyone with any resources you may need and help empower parents and students every day. Throughout the year I will be providing many classes and volunteer opportunities, so stay tuned for that!
I look forward to getting to know and working with each of you this school year!
