Hello!

Welcome to my page! My name is Sarah Perez, and I am thrilled to be a third-grade teacher at the amazing Hardy Oak Elementary. I can’t wait to begin the 2024-2025 school year with my new class family!

A little about me:
I am an Army wife of 22 years and a proud mom of three beautiful daughters. We also have a chiwinnie named Taco! I graduated from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a certification for grades Pre-K through 6th. My passion for teaching began when I was in grade school. I loved every teacher I had, and I knew I wanted to make a difference in the world by becoming an elementary school teacher. While I love all grade levels, 3rd grade truly has my heart!

When I’m not teaching, you can find me at my daughters' soccer games or spending quality time with my family. I also enjoy exercising, traveling to new places, and curling up with a good book whenever I get the chance!

This will be my sixth year teaching 3rd grade at Hardy Oak, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a wonderful school. My goal is to help my students become the best version of themselves through engaging lessons in a fun and caring environment.
