STEAM Club Application
Applications are available outside my classroom door, OR, you may click the link above and print at home. Please note that there is a 'STUDENT SIDE' and a 'PARENT SIDE' to the application! ALL applications must be complete and must be turned in on or before Thursday, September 28th @ 3:30 p.m. Students will receive either a welcome or regrets letter during the week of October 6-10. Please email Mrs. Hardin with any questions about the club or application. Please do not email to ask if your child has turned in his/her application. Thanks so much!
