Mrs. Alison Davies

I attended NEISD schools from kindergarten through 12th-grade, then went on to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Early Childhood Education.  I completed my student teaching at Oak Grove, working in both kindergarten and first grade in the spring of 2000. I taught for 17 years at Oak Grove.   My teaching experience has been in first, third, fourth and fifth grades. I was the Math Instructional Coach at Oak Grove for two and a half years for grades Pre-K through 5th grade Hyper-Accelerated Math, which covers all of 6th and half of 7th grade math.  I began teaching 4th grade in December 2019 at Las Lomas Elementary. I am excited about this upcoming year as a Las Lomas Lion!

My husband, Joe, restores classic cars.  Our son, Nathan, is a college sophomore pursuing a degree in Computer Science.

I can't wait to get to know you and your child!  I look forward to our year of learning together!  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
