I was born in Abilene TX and raised in Friendswood TX (just outside of Houston).

I attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with a Bachelors in Economics. After doing a bit of self reflection, I decided to return and pursue my teaching certificate. I received my certification in Secondary (8th - 12th) Social Studies.

I have lived in San Antonio for over a decade and plan on staying here for much longer.

When not teaching and preparing for the next day (or grading your papers!), I enjoy hanging out with my wife and son, our friends and our dogs, drifting and running drift events, skateboarding, playing video games, traveling (Japan!) and going to see live music.
