Jason Hufford

Jason Hufford is a collaborative and driven educator who strives to make learning for all students equitable and free from barriers. He takes time to analyze and determine the best course of action to ensure the best outcome. Throughout his 9 years teaching elementary education, Jason is well-versed in utilizing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create firm goals with flexible means for students to have the opportunity to achieve the target. Additionally, Jason has experience of classroom management plans, including Conscious Discipline and Capturing Kids' Hearts. Jason believes that through a safe and structured environment, students have the capability to achieve their learning goals.

Additionally, Jason is a strong communicator and is very dependable. As he continues to work towards becoming a collaborative, instructional leader, Jason is constantly learning and researching best practices so he can support students and his colleagues.
