Mrs. Heather Machingo
Hi, I’m Heather Machingo and this is my 24th year in education. I grew up in Youngstown, OH and attended Ohio University for my undergraduate studies. I moved to San Antonio in 1999 and taught ELAR at Washington Irving Middle School (SAISD) for eleven years. During that time, I received my master’s degree in administration from Concordia University. A reading position opened up at Bradley Middle School, and I was fortunate enough to be hired into the bear family. After teaching reading and English for 21 years, another opportunity presented itself at Bradley, and I became an assistant principal. I love going to the movies (popcorn) and concerts. I am a true Cleveland Browns and “Guardians” fan hoping like everyone else in Ohio to see them win a Super Bowl or World Series before I die.
