My name is John Culver and I am excited to be one of your fifth grade teachers. This year is going to be an AWESOME year full of GROWTH, welcome to the 5th grade.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I have been living in San Antonio for about 12 years, I graduated from UTSA (Birds Up) with a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Childhood Education. I am married to my beautiful wife, Jennifer, and we have threee children. Two of which are attending Hardy Oak. you will see them around at school. One will be in second grade, and the other in fifth grade. This will be my fifth year teaching fifth grade at Hardy Oak. I am excited to be a part of the Hardy Oak family, and look forward to teaching fifth grade. 

Whenever I am not at school you will find me spending time with my family and friends playing cornhole. I love to coach sports, watch football, basketball, and go fishing and hunting.
