Ms. Kimberly Fleuret

Hello and welcome to Regency Place Elementary School! My name is Kimberly Fleuret and this is my sixth year teaching as a Special Education Resource Teacher.  I love my job, the teachers I work with, and most importantly, the students I get to see every single day - they make my heart smile!

I was born and raised in the San Antonio area. I grew up traveling to Monterrey, Mexico during the holidays to visit my maternal grandparents, aunts/uncles, and cousins. During the summers we would spend our time at my grandparents second home in Saltillo, Mexico to get away from the heat in Monterrey. I learned to speak Spanish as a second language due to the exposure of visiting there. I have traveled to many places and to several beaches in Mexico; it is a beautiful country!

Traveling is one of my joys in life. I have traveled to almost all fifty states in the United States, I have about four more states to visit, including Hawaii. I have been to some areas in Canada, but more cities are on my bucket list, and I would love to travel to Europe one day!

I love spending my time with my son, family, and close friends, reading books, watching movies, traveling, bicycle rides, baking, swimming, rollercoasters, and trying new restaurants/places.

Some of my favorites are: any shade of blue, seafood, all chocolate, coconut, tiramisu, different fruits, all kinds of nuts, hazelnut or peppermint coffee, oriental lilies, fresh lemonade, mangonadas, mint chocolate icecream, cinammon candy, and so many more...I'm not picky, lol!

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Criminology from Texas A&M Kingsville and I later obtained my Masters Degree in Education with a focus in Special Education from Texas A&M San Antonio.
