      Dear Regency Place Community,

It is with great joy and gratitude that I welcome you to another wonderful school year at Regency Place Elementary. As I begin my second year as principal, I remain deeply honored to serve this incredible community of students, families, and staff.

Over the past year, I have seen firsthand the dedication, kindness, and resilience that make Regency Place such a special place to learn and grow. With 16 years of experience in education as an administrator, classroom teacher, and instructional coach, I continue to be inspired by the diverse opportunities our District offers and the strong partnerships that support our students’ success.

My three children are proud products of North East ISD and have benefited from many of the District’s outstanding programs, including the dual language program, which I value deeply as both an educator and a parent. Above all, I remain committed to ensuring every child at Regency Place receives an equitable, meaningful academic experience in a safe and welcoming environment.

As we embark on this new school year together, I look forward to strengthening our connections and working alongside each of you. My door is always open, and I am here to listen, support, and collaborate as we strive to provide the very best for our students. This year, as we Build Our Future: One Castle, One Goal, I know that together — as Four Houses, One Castle — we will continue to make Regency Place an extraordinary place for every child.

Thank you for your partnership and trust. Together, we will make this another successful year for our Knights!

      Respectfully,

      Lesley Garza
