Ms. LaTonya Akins

My name is LaTonya Akins; I am excited to be your child's Pre-K teacher. I joined the North East ISD family in 2012 as a Kindergarten teacher at Redland Oaks Elementary School. The following school year I moved to Pre-Kindergarten! My goal is to guide your children to academic success and prepare them to achieve throughout life. I look forward to collaborating with you this year. Your encouragement and interest will make a huge difference. I will keep you informed of the concepts our class is working on, as well as any special events going on at Redland Oaks Elementary. With your help and support, we will have a wonderful and productive year.
