Hello Royal Ridge family and welcome to the 2022-2023 school year. My name is Brittany Hughes and I am so excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher! I was born and raised in South Florida and I moved to Texas just a few short years ago. I come from a large family of 8 siblings and I am passionate about working with children. My loving husband and I currently have one daughter who will be attending our school this year! In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, shopping, reading, drinking coffee, and spending time with my family. I also love to learn! I am a lifetime learner who enjoys attending webinars and seminars. 

I am a graduate of Broward College who decided to pursue my teaching certificate shortly thereafter. This upcoming school year will be my second year in the educational field and I look forward to all of the great adventures in store for us this year! I really love what I do and I hope to instill a love of learning in the little ones placed in my care! My goal is to make a lasting imprint on my students as they grow. I am really looking forward to an amazing year with our littles! I can't wait to build and blossom with both my students and their families while at the same time making memories.
