I grew up in Nebraska and made it to Texas as soon as I could!  I met my Texas A&M Aggie husband here and we have 2 children, Ellen and Matthew, who are both Texas A&M Aggies. My degree is in Business Adminstration and after working as a para-professional with special needs students in Comal ISD;  I knew where my heart belonged.  I went on to become a certified Special Education teacher; being blessed to work with amazing students who teach me each and every day!  This will be my 9th year teaching Special Education and I am looking forward to another wonderful year in the  ALE classroom! 

I believe each child is able to learn; we just neet to find that "key" to "open the door" to learning.
