Hello Coyote Students and Parents,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!  Second Grade at Canyon Ridge is a fun adventure and this year will be no different. I know our year together will be wonderful and busy.  We have so much to learn this year, and I can't wait to get started! This will be my 14th year teaching in NEISD and my 20th year in education. Many years ago, I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.  I continued my education in Elementary Education and Early Childhood and received my teaching certifications.

I have two boys, Jack and Luke. Jack will be a junior at Texas Tech University where he continues to study Business.  Luke will be a freshman at Texas A&M Galveston where he will begin studying Engineering. I am happily married to my husband, Tom who works in banking.  As a family we enjoy being together playing games, taking walks, watching movies, fishing and being with our extended family and friends.   

I love being a teacher, this is my passion and my dream job! I am thrilled to work along side each of you to ensure your child's success this year!  Please know I am here for you, reach out to me if you should ever have any questions or concerns.
