Welcome!

I am so excited about being teaching your child this year! My goal this year is to make your child a better reader and a strong writer. I want to give them tools to be successful in their personal and academic life. 

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and spent my primary and secondary education at North East ISD. I graduated from UTSA in May of 2018. I am entering my fifth year of teaching and my first year teaching 5th grade at Canyon Ridge Elementary. My first two years were spent teaching 7th grade ELAR and the last two years in 8th grade ELAR. When I am not teaching or preparing lessons, I spend time with my husband and two Shih Tzus! We love to go to the movie theaters and read books in the park.
