Ramon A Gleason

Teaching

I am one of two A.L.E. Teachers.  I teach science, math, work skills and language arts to our students.  I have been teaching at Harris Middle School for 13 years.  I really enjoy seeing our students be successful in academics, around campus, and in their lives!  I am so glad to be a part of their lives.

My Education

I earned my B.A. in Organizational Development from The University of the Incarnate Word.  I have worked with the TELA, Teacher Enrichment leadership Academy at UT Health.  It was a network of empowered teachers working together to improve what we do in the classroom and the educational community.

Work

I have worked with people and students with special needs for over 26 years.  I have been employed in hospitals, treatment centers, group homes and have been with North East for  21 years.  I am so glad to be here, helping  students be successful in all they do.
