Hello Patriots! My name is Deissy (pronounced Daisy) Soto. I am very excited about this upcoming school year.

This year will be my eleventh year as a teacher. I graduated in 2010 from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I began my teaching career in San Antonio ISD where I taught 3rd grade for three years. After that, I began teaching in North East ISD. Prior to coming to Royal Ridge, I taught kindergarten and 3rd grade at Wetmore Elementary. I am excited to once again be teaching kindergarten here at Royal Ridge.

I look forward to an amazing year full of learning, challenges, and FUN!
