Mrs. Michele Jackson

This is my 28th year as an educator in NEISD. I began teaching first and second grade at Clear Spring Elementary. I then moved to Olmos Elementary for 10 years as a Reading Intervention Teacher. The amazing opportunity to open Las Lomas Elementary came in 2012! This is my tenth year at Las Lomas, my position has evolved from IIT to dyslexia therapist. I enjoy working with struggling readers and helping them learn to love reading. I provide dyslexia services, provide specific reading instruction for struggling readers and assist teachers with the curriculum. I am also a proud product of the North East Independent School District. I attended West Avenue Elementary, Jackson Middle School and am a graduate of Lee High School. I earned my Bachelor and Master's Degrees from UTSA. GO ROADRUNNERS!!
