I attended Sul Ross State University where I earned my degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a certification in BIL Education, EC - 4. I then obtained my masters in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-San Antonio.

Mrs. Leticia A. Vasquez

Hi, my name is Leticia A. Vasquez, and I am so excited to be at Steubing Ranch Elementary this year.  I join the Spurs Family with 19 years of experience in the field of education, having worked as a classroom teacher, Reading and Math Interventionist, as well as an Assistant Principal. I received my bachelor's degree from Sul Ross State University and my masters from Texas A&M University of San Antonio.  

My husband and I have three boys who are all products of NEISD.  Our two older boys are in college and the youngest is in high school. On a weekly basis, you will find us supporting him at one of his athletic events.  We have 3 lovable fur babies.  First is Chewie, the lovable and spoiled dachshund, and 2 cats, Lula and Ponche. I love to read, cook and spend time with family.  

I look forward to another great year with all of my students and their families.
