Student Clubs & Organizations
Clubs and student organizations are a vital part of Steubing Ranch Elementary and students are encouraged to become involved. Educational statistics prove that students who are involved in clubs and extracurricular activities make better grades and are more likely to succeed in life after high school. Colleges and businesses closely examine the level of student involvement in clubs and organizations when determining admission, scholarships or employment. At Steubing Ranch Elementary, clubs and organizations are offered to all students. The information listed below will assist students in deciding which clubs to join. The goal of all clubs and extracurricular organizations at Steubing Ranch Elementary is to help each student become involved and realize his/her potential.

Red Ribbon Week
What Is Red Ribbon Week?
Did you know children of parents who talk to their teens regularly about drugs are 42% less likely to use drugs than those who don’t; yet, only a quarter of teens report having these conversations.
Red Ribbon Week®, the oldest and largest drug prevention campaign in the nation, is the opportunity to get the ongoing conversation started. It is an ideal way for people and communities to unite and take a visible stand against drugs. Students can show their personal commitment to a drug-free lifestyle through the Red Ribbon Week festivities. The mission of the Red Ribbon Campaign® is to present a unified and visible commitment towards the creation of a drug-free America.
