I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio (Go, Road Runners!) in 1987 with a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. In June of 2011, I received my Master's degree in Special Education from Texas Tech University. I also proudly have my state of Texas teaching certifications in Elementary Education (grades 1-6), Special Education (grades PreK-12), and Deaf Education (grades PreK-12).

My name is Mrs. Bull! I have been teaching within N.E.I.S.D. for twenty-six years. 

I have been married for 35 years. My husband and I have two grown children. We have three cats and two pups whom we consider every bit of our family as well.

I enjoy reading, cooking, exercising, hiking, gardening, napping, and spending time with my family!
