Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at Bulverde Creek!

My name is Mrs. Araiza, and this marks my 14th year in the classroom. I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies specializing in Early Childhood education. I have taught kindergarten, first, and third grade. In 2013, I was honored to be named Rayburn Elementary Teacher of The Year, and in 2021, I was named Bulverde Creek's nominee for the Trinity Prize for Excellence in Teaching. In addition, I am a Google Certified Educator and Seesaw Certified Educator. 

As a parent myself, I know your pride and joy are entering my classroom each day. I promise to give my all to teach, inspire, motivate, and encourage your child. I know there will be lots of learning, fun, and excitement this school year, and I look forward to getting to know your family and child. It's going to be a fantastic year!
