Northwood has been a great place to work for the last 15 years teaching 3rd and 4th grade!  Overall, I have 29 years of experience as a classroom teacher, a reading teacher and a campus instructional coordinator.  For 3 years, I traveled the country providing training for teachers with a national staff development company.  It was a wonderful experience and a great way to learn about schools across the country!  I am a native of San Antonio and a Longhorn! I am married with 2 children, Kate and Ryan.  Kate is a sophomore in college and Ryan is a senior attending at a NEISD high school.  I enjoy reading a good book, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.  It is my goal to make the  classroom environment full of fun and meaningful learning.  I look forward to having you join me in your child's educational journey.  Together, we will make this a great year for your child!
