My name is Wade Larson and this is my 12th year at ACE and 20th year teaching. I graduated from Texas A&M '00 (Whoop!!) with a a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. After graduating I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where I tought Special Education and coached varsity/JV baseball and fresheman basketball and football. After 5 years in Las Vegas my family and I decided to move back to Texas. I taught 3 years at Reagan High School before moving to ACE. At ACE I wear many hats including special education liason, community service coordinator and campus technology support. I am currently teaching Aquatic Science, IPC, Chemistry, and Physics.
To my family, I will continue to make you proud and build from the foundation you gave me.

There are no bells at ACE. Flexible hours and an extended academic calendar allow students to meet their academic requirements while providing the necessary time for employment and/or personal family needs.
Academy students attend school a minimum of four (4) hours per day based upon individual graduation plans. Classes are in session 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Students may stay until 4:00 PM by making arrangements with their teacher(s). All students need to arrive on campus between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Conferences with Academy faculty are available by appointment from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
