• Our athletic training staff at LEE High School are highly certified professionals that are trained in preventing, recognizing, managing, and rehabilitating injuries that are a result of physical activity. Here, you will find pertinent information regarding athletic physicals, online participating forms, and other information pertaining to your student's participation in sports.   • Athletic Physical

    Athletic physicals are required prior to students participating in any sports here at LEE High School. This form consists of two parts: a medical history questionnaire and a physical examination.
