Arrival Procedures

Please take a moment to review the guidelines below:

1. As vehicles enter from Montview, the right lane will be reserved for pickup. As vehicles pick up and exit, please continue to move forward to allow additional vehicles to enter the parking lot.

2. The left lane will be reserved for through traffic. Please do not idle in the left lane. When you pick up your student, please safely pull into the left lane and carefully proceed to the exit.

3. If you arrive on campus early, we encourage you to park in any open parking spot near the PAC to wait for your student.

4. Please do not idle in the lanes where vehicles are parked in front of the PAC. This blocks parked vehicles attempting to exit.

5. Please continue to drive slowly and watch for pedestrians.

6. Be patient and courteous as we continue to refine the pick-up procedures.

Please continue to drop students off in the back parking lot by the new Performing Arts Center each morning. The main entrance and parking area are reserved for campus visitors and student registrations. Additionally, please do not drop off students along Jackson Keller. This slows traffic flow and is dangerous for students. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation.

Students are allowed to enter the main building through the ISA building starting at 8:00 am if needed (tutoring, library access, counseling needs, etc.).  LEE office hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Students should wait in the courtyard near the cafeteria until the first bell rings at 8:40 am to move to classes.  The courtyard will be open daily starting at 7:30 am.  Students who arrive earlier than 7:30 am will need to wait in the area near the back gate until we open the courtyard. The cafeteria serves breakfast from 8:00 am – 8:40 am daily. Please note that active student supervision does not start until 8:00 am when teachers and staff report to work.
