Home of the Wildcats Wilshire Elementary School is dedicated to teaching the whole child. Our goal is to guide our students academically, socially, and emotionally. We know elementary school is an important first step in a child’s educational journey, so we make sure they feel supported and empowered to be successful.

North East ISD School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) Volunteer Application
Each school district in the state is required to establish and maintain a district-level school health advisory council. State law requires the majority of SHAC members to be parents (of students enrolled in NEISD schools) who are not employees of NEISD. The School Health Advisory Council acts in an advisory capacity to Board of Trustees.
