My name is Kathy Scalise and I am a Teacher at NEISD's Alternative Elementary School (AES) based on the campus of Wilshire Elementary.

I graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's degree in English, and later earned my teaching certifications for Pre-K through 6th grades, as well as ESL and Special Education.  This is my fifth year at AES and I have previous teaching experience in second grade.

I  look forward to working with, and aiding, students who may be going through difficult times.  If you have a student assigned to AES and should need to contact me, feel free to call after 2:45.
