¡Bienvenidos! Estoy emocionada de empezar un nuevo ciclo escolar en Steubing Ranch Elementary. Espero que naveguen por mi página para que conozcan más acerca nuestro salón y como comunicarse conmigo.

 Crecí en Laredo, TX.   Lo que más recuerdo de mi infancia son los fines de semana de carne asada en casa de mis tíos y fiestas en familia con mucha comida.  El español es mi primer idioma y al empezar la escuela aprendí el inglés. En el 2010 recibí mi licenciatura en educación bilingüe de Texas A&M International University.  Empecé mi carrera en el 2011 aquí en San Antonio enseñado primer grado por 3 años.  Después enseñé segundo y tercer grado. Este año será mi 6to año enseñando en SRE y estoy muy contenta de estar aquí.   Tengo un perrito Shih tzu, muy chiflado, llamado Silus.  Él disfruta robarse los calcetines y correr en el patio. Durante las vacaciones de verano me encanta viajar y pasear en bici conociendo parques de la ciudad.    

Welcome! I am excited about the start of a new school year at Steubing Ranch Elementary. I hope you navigate through this site to learn more about our class and how to reach me. 

   I grew up in Laredo,TX.  What I remember most from my childhood are family cookouts and parties with a lot to eat.  Spanish is my first language. My English developed once I started school.  I graduated from Texas A&M International University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Bilingual Early Childhood Education.  I started my teaching career in San Antonio in 2011 teaching first grade for three years.  Eventually moving on to teach second and third grade.  This will be my 6th year teaching  at SRE and I am so happy to be a part of this great school.   I have a spoiled shih tzu named Silus.  He enjoys stealing our socks and running around the yard.  During the summer break I love to travel there for try to take at least one trip a year. I also enjoy going bike riding around city parks.
