NEISD students win big at Region 20 Spanish Spelling Bee

Felicidades to our Region 20 Spanish Spelling Bee winners!

Representatives from school districts across Region 20 gathered on Tuesday night as the top spellers went head-to-head. North East ISD is proud to have winners in the elementary and middle school categories.

In the elementary division, Coker Elementary School fifth grader Caleb Caro claimed 1^st place!

In the middle school division, Eisenhower Middle School eighth grader Nathan Martinez tied for 1^st place! 

Both students will advance to the next round of the competition. Way to go, Caleb and Nathan!
