6th grade: Thursday/Friday 2/4 & 2/5
7th grade: Tuesday/Wednesday 2/2 & 2/3
8th grade: Wednesday/Thursday Jan. 27th and 28th
Course cards will be due exactly a week from presentations:
6th grade: Thursday/Friday February 11th & 12th
7th grade: Tuesday/Wednesday February 9th & 10th
8th grade: Wednesday/Thursday- February 4th & 5th
Course Selections must be put into Skyward by the due dates listed above!!! ALL STUDENTS, virtual and in-person, must put course elections into Skyward!
Comprehensive Guidance Plan
The guidance curriculum is designed to systematically provide lessons to students that facilitate growth, development, and transferable skills in the areas of educational, career, personal, and social development. Guidance lesson topics will include Healthy Coping Skills and Mental Health, Healthy Relationships, Bullying, Cyber-Bullying, and Social Media Safety, and Healthy Life Choices.
The purpose of responsive services is to intervene on behalf of students whose immediate personal concerns or circumstances put their continued educational, career, personal, and social development at risk. These services include responding to crisis, individual counseling, group counseling, and parent conferences.
The purpose of individual planning is to guide all students as they plan, monitor, and manage their individual educational, career, personal, and social development.
The purpose of system support is to identify and coordinate resources and activities on campus and in the community that indirectly benefit students.
