Hello!  I am Mrs. Rossmeier, and I am so excited to be a part of this amazing school. I absolutely LOVE teaching and creating a fun learning environment for my students. This is my 12th year teaching 4th grade at Wilderness Oak!  I graduated from the University of Texas in San Antonio with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and  I did my graduate work at Wayland Baptist University, where I earned my Master's Degree in Education.  My certifications include Early Childhood through sixth grade, Special Education EC-12, English as a Second Language, and Gifted and Talented!     

I met my wonderful husband, Paul, 24 years ago when we both attended UTSA.   We spent a year living in Colorado Springs but moved back to San Antonio a few years ago.  We have two beautiful children that attend Reagan.  I love spending time with my family, especially if we get to spend it hiking in the mountains or swimming at the beach.  We love building sand castles, swimming, reading, going to the zoo, gardening, and watching a good movie.  I also enjoy hiking, scuba diving, and my dogs, Speck and Bear.       

As an educator, I feel so proud and honored to teach in such an outstanding school district that truly cares about children.  I will teach, challenge, care for, and nurture each child as I would like other teachers to treat my own children.      

  I look forward to working with my students and parents to help give our "little darlings" a spectacular 4th grade year!!
