I was born in Sacramento, California but grew up all over the place because my dad was in the military. I have lived in South Dakota, Nebraska and Germany. I moved to San Antonio when I was in the 10th Grade and I attended Clark High School. I received my teaching degree from UTSA. 

This is my 17th year at Wilderness Oak!

I have 2 children.  My son Austin is 19 and my daughter Ashton is 21.  I love reading, traveling, shopping, going to the lake and spending time with my family and friends.

I am looking forward to getting to know each and every child in my class and having a wonderful year of learning. I truly love teaching! Every year I get so excited to meet my new students and can't wait to meet you! Our room is a place where children are loved and respected each day. I want to "thank you" in advance for trusting me with your precious boy or girl and giving me the opportunity to help them learn all they can.
