My name is Donette Rubino-Taylor and I am a Certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ToDHH). I am currently providing services in Early Childhood Intervention, for families of children with hearing loss, ages birth to three. I have over 30 years of experience in Deaf Education, and this is my 6th year with NEISD.
