Counselor's Corner

  • Here are a few areas in which I am involved in counseling students:

Classroom Guidance - each class receives a guidance lesson approximately once a month.

Individual Counseling - students can self-refer or can be referred by teacher or parent to receive individual counseling as needed. Some common topics include school, friendship, or home issues.

Group Counseling - students are referred by teacher or parent to participate in a 6-8 sessions in a group setting. Common group topics include: family changes (divorce, separation, etc.), friendship skills/getting along with others, military/deployment, and academic success.
