Mrs. Amelia Ferrell

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! My name is Amelia Ferrell and this will be my 15th year at Oak Meadow. I graduated in 2007 with a BS degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I received my Master’s degree in Deaf Studies/Deaf Education in 2009.  

I am from Spring, TX. I married my wonderful husband Josh in Tobago in 2010. We have a daughter, London, who is 5 and starting Kindergarten this year here at Oak Meadow!  We enjoy play dates, swimming, baking and being outside when we can, as well as movie nights.

My goal for my classroom is to make this a safe environment as well as have fun while we learn. I truly enjoy working with all my students and they are the absolutely best! Class Schedule

  • Welcome! 

    School starts at 8:00 and dismisses at 3:15. 

    Kindergarten lunch time is 10:45- 11:15

    2nd grade lunch time is 12:15-12:45

    4th grade lunch time is 11:10-11:40

     

    Kindergarten specials is 9:40-10:30

    2nd grade specials is 11:20-12:10

    4th grade Specials 1:30-2:20. 

    Mrs. Ferrell's Conference time is 1:30-2:20

    Please expect ARD's this year to be in the time frame of your child's specials time.
