Hello East Terrell Hill Families! I have dedicated over seven years to teaching, primarily in 3rd grade English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR), with experience in both the Harlandale Independent School District and IDEA Public Schools. I began my career with student teaching in North East ISD, and I am thrilled to return to the district as a 4th and 5th-grade social studies and science teacher. To ensure students have a successful learning year I focus on building strong relationships with students. I work hard to create a supportive and trust-filled classroom where students feel encouraged to always give their best. I emphasize that learning requires effort, and approach each student with patience and understanding, focusing on making lessons both engaging and meaningful. I strive to be a reliable, compassionate educator who fosters a love of learning in each child. I am always available for any questions or concerns that you may have.
