Hello!  I am Ms. Harrison and I am excited about being at Oak Grove this year. This is my fourth year teaching Special Education. I look forward to getting to know each student in my classroom and seeing them grow throughout the year. 

In my years of teaching, I have taught ECSE, and Co-Teach. This is my first year teaching in NEISD and I am so excited to be part of the Oak Grove Family! I have loved the special  education community and have been actively involved with Special Olympics since I was a freshman in high school. I could not imagine myself doing anything else than being a Special Education Teacher.

I would like to share a little bit about myself and my family. I have 3 children. I have two step-sons.  Aedyn is 11, and Jace is 9. Aedyn has Cerebral Palsy, so he is home bound and needs assistance with walking, eating, bathing, and is non-verbal. Jace is going into fourth grade and loves video games. Lastly, my daughter Gwendalyn is 20 months old and loves everything to do with babies! I love spending time with them swimming and having movie nights.
