Mrs. Martinez

I am Misty Martinez.  I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and a teacher.  I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my granddaughter.  I love watching classic movies, day tripping, classic cars, and Formula 1.

This is my 14th year teaching.  I have taught children with disabilities, Pre-K, and Kindergarten.  I received my degree from UTSA.  I am a certified teacher in Early Childhood – 6th General Education, Early Childhood – 12th Special Education, and English as a Second Language.  My passion is Early Childhood.  I feel Pre-K and Kindergarten are the years that build the foundation for the rest of their learning career.  I am honored to teach my students at such a special stage of their life.
