Mrs. Misty Martinez
Hello and welcome to Mrs. Martinez’s webpage.
I am very excited to be teaching Kindergarten this year! This is my 8th year teaching Kinder and I love it! Previously I taught Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities, Prekindergarten, and Kindergarten. I have been a teacher since 2008 and worked for the district as a Special Education Paraprofessional since 2002.
I am a NEISD high school graduate from MacArthur High School – Go Brahmas! I have 3 children who also graduated from NEISD high schools – Roosevelts DATA program and Madison. My family and I live in NEISD district and are proud of being a part of such a great school district.
A little about me…
I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have been married for 27 years. We have 3 children and our beautiful granddaughter. Just to round things out we have a rescue lab mix named Shelby. I love classic movies, especially those with Cary Grant, Myrna Loy, and William Powell and traveling to the beach and lakes. I am looking forward to another wonderful year being your childs kindergarten teacher.
