Mrs. Elizabeth Mata

Hi! My Name is Mrs. Mata. I am 29 years young! This is my 3rd year here at Oak Grove Elementary. This will be my 5th year teaching Kinder but my 7th year teaching. I have also taught Pre-K and 5th grade. I am excited to make this my best year yet!

In May of 2015, I graduated with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6 from the University of Texas Pan American.

I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and moved to San Antonio in August 2020 to relocate with my husband. I enjoy spending time with my family and playing pickleball with my friends. We just had a baby girl named Emma and she is our entire world!
