ROOSEVELT HS LIBRARY
- Monday through Friday, from 8:10 AM to 4:25 PM.
- Use the courtyard entry.
- Please note that a student ID card is required to enter the library without a class.
- During class periods, students need a paper pass, even with a Smart Pass.
Teachers may request library passes by emailing adenne@neisd.net.
- During lunch, students need an ID card with a lunch period sticker.
Students should sign up for their lunchtime Remind.com group to know when the library will be closed for lunch.
- Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Use the Raybon Street entry.

Class Usage of the Library
To ensure that all requests are time stamped, please use the Google forms link in #2 below below.
1. Visit 2024-2025 TR Library calendar and look for available dates.
2. Open 24-25 TR Library Request for Space or Lessons and request library usage.
- Allow 48 hours for a reply. We will input your reservation and email you a confirmation after receiving the completed form.
- In the event your request cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via email.
- A MAXIMUM of two classes may use the library simultaneously.
- The classroom teacher or campus long-term substitute must remain with the class for the whole period and manage entry and re-entry into the library.
- Students will be expected to keep their voices at classroom level and follow campus rules for conduct while in the library.
- Black and white printing is free for students coming down with a class, but we prefer that you have students send their documents to you for PRIAPPS printing.

Meeting Room Reservation Requests
The Molly Pruitt Library/Roosevelt High School Library is a joint-use facility for Roosevelt High School staff and students as well as San Antonio Public Library staff and patrons. Outside of school hours, the meeting space fee is $20 per hour, payable to Pruit Library.

- Room L111 (occupancy 30), Mr. Garcia's classroom- requires administrative approval for school hours use or a rental fee for after-school use
