    Attention Seniors:

    Transcripts requests prior to the Holiday break for College Admission and Scholarships must be submitted no later than Thursday, December 19th ---No exceptions.   This is especially important for any colleges with a January 1, 2020 deadline.  Please see Ms. Norma Folley in the Counseling Office as soon as possible.  Any transcript requests received after Thursday, December 19th   will be processed after the Holiday break beginning January 6th  2020.  Please submit your transcript requests early.


    Special Instructions: This area can be used to give more detail in regards to your order. Things such as: NCAA Application numberschools receiving transcript via Common App, or if you would like to receive a physical copy of your transcript in the mail instead of Electronically. Be specific in your instructions to ensure we process appropriately. 

    I want a physical transcript mailed to myself, what do I need to do?

     Select “Deliver to”, put in your home address and put notes in “Special Instruction” that you’d like a physical copy mailed to address provided. 

    Are you under the age of 18?   You will be required to attach a completed”Parent Authorization Form” and copy of parent ID to the order. 

    Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.

    Attention Seniors! You must submit your college acceptance letters and scholarship offer letters through the google form below.  Keep in mind that we will only list or recognize what you submit through this form at senior awards and on the graduation program. No other form of submission is accepted. For every college and scholarship that you submit you must upload a letter if not it will not be accepted. Deadline to submit all your acceptance and offer letters in on April 17th by 4:30 pm. Thank you.
