Bachelor's Degree - Iowa State University - Early Childhood Education/Special Education

Mrs. Sarah Ford

I have been teaching special education for 15 years. I began my teaching career in Houston, TX. I taught K-4 special education for Carter Academy in Aldine ISD. After 3 years, I moved to New Braunfels, TX and began teaching for NEISD in San Antonio, TX. This is my 13th year teaching special education at Oak Meadow Elementary. I have always wanted to be a teacher and am so blessed to be able to do something I love! I live in New Braunfels with my husband and 3 kids. My oldest daughter, Rylie, is 9 years old and in 4th grade. My son, Jackson, is 7 years old and in 1st grade. My youngest, Piper, is 5 and in pre-K. We also have 2 dogs, Wrigley and Cubbie. We are BIG Cubs fans! My hobbies include photography, spending time with my family, and reading/relaxing.
