Welcome to 5th grade and thank you for visiting my official NEISD digital space.

A little about myself...I was born and raised in Texas, but also have lived in Oklahoma, California and Missouri.

I am a proud graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX where I earned my degree and teaching certification in EC-6th grade.

I have taught and been involved in education for almost 20 years. My husband, Rick and I have 3 daughters who have all attended NEISD schools beginning here at Bulverde Creek! Our eldest daughter, Claudia, is a graduate of Texas A&M and is now teaching in NEISD as well, our middle daughter, Meredith, graduated from Clemson University and is living and working in Dallas. Last but not least, our youngest daughter, Georgia is pursuing a dual degree in Architecture & Civil Engineering at Texas Tech!

Yes,college football is very exciting in our house! When we aren't cheering for various sports, we enjoy cooking,reading,traveling and spending time with my English mastiff named Hank. 

I look forward to a wonderful year working with you and your child as they grow and learn. Partnering with you is what leads to success for every child. I am very excited to welcome your child and family to my 5th grade class this year and I am always thankful to be part of the awesome community of Bulverde Creek!
