Dear parents,

My name is Margarita Robledo and I am very excited to be your child's first grade teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. 

I was born and raised in Chicago, Ill.  I grew up in a home with two wonderful hardworking parents.  I have two beautiful sisters who are identical twins.   I have been married for 16 years.  I have two sons.  I have a 9 year old and a 4 year old. This is my 12th year in San Antonio.

I attended St. Xavier University in Chicago for my undergrad work in Elementary Education and I received my masters degree from Concordia University in Chicago as well in the area of Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Bilingual and ESL education.  I have been teaching for 19 years now. This school year will be the start of my 20th year.
