Welcome! My name is Frances Blanco.

I'm a Special Education teacher at Stahl Elementary, working primarily with students in the dual program. 

My bachelor's degree is in Psychology from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, located in Monterrey, Mexico. I worked with community school programs for five years in Monterrey, then moved to San Antonio, Texas, in 2019. I was also a former NEISD student, which makes it more exciting to be teaching at an NEISD school.
