      Mrs. Rachel Yates

      Mrs. Yates has a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Southwest Texas State University (currently Texas State University) and a Masters of Arts degree in Education from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Mrs. Yates was a Juvenile Detention Officer in Bexar County before becoming a teacher. She began her teaching career in 1997 as a special education teacher.

      Assistant Principal for three years in NEISD before becoming a principal in 2010.

      Mrs. Yates comes from a very large family, having 9 brothers and sisters. She was the second to youngest and has the privilege of being both a little and big sister. She married her highschool sweetheart, Monty, in 1998. They have one son, Haden. The Yates family love to go “glamping” in their travel trailer. When not watching her son play high school basketball, Mrs. Yates loves to read, watch sports (Roll Tide, Go Cowboys), and spend time with family and friends

      Kathy Goldblum-Vazquez

      Mrs. Goldblum-Vazquez has a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Texas Pan-American (currently University of Texas Rio Grande Valley) and a Master of Education in School Leadership degree from Trinity University. Mrs. Goldblum-Vazquez was a Dual Language teacher for 12 years, teaching in grades ranging from 1st-7th. She was also a Reading Instructional Coach prior to becoming an Assistant Principal.

      Mrs. Goldblum-Vazquez spent her childhood in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She is married and has 3 children. The newest member of the Vazquez crew is a grandson. The Vazquez family loves to spend time outdoors with their German Shepherds and watch their son play baseball. When not watching their son play, they like to cheer on the Cowboys, Longhorns, and the Mexican National soccer team.

       

      Mrs. Goldblum-Vázquez tiene una licenciatura en negocios internacionales de la Universidad de Texas Pan-American (actualmente la Universidad de Texas Rio Grande Valley) y una Maestría en Educación en Liderazgo Escolar de la Universidad Trinity. La Sra. Goldblum-Vázquez fue maestra de lenguaje dual durante 12 años enseñando en los grados del 1 al 7. También fue Entrenadora de Instrucción de Lectura antes de convertirse en subdirectora.

      La Sra. Goldblum-Vázquez pasó su infancia en San Luis Potosí, México. Está casada y tiene 3 hijos. El miembro más nuevo de la tripulación de Vázquez es un nieto. A la familia Vázquez le encanta pasar tiempo al aire libre con sus pastores alemanes y ver a su hijo jugar béisbol. Cuando no están en los partidos de beisbol de su hijo, les gusta ver jugar a los Cowboys, Longhorns y la selección mexicana de fútbol.

      Stahl Elementary's Title IX Coordinator/Campus Behavior Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining student discipline and the implementation of this subchapter and for responding to all complaints of possible sex discrimination and coordinating proper responses to complaints.
