Sarah Mendiola

Hello!!! My name is Sarah Mendiola and this is my 2nd year teaching PE at Coker! I am also one of the sponsors for Fitness Council, Safety Patrols, and Student Council.

Before teaching, I attended Texas Tech University where I received my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. After that, I had the opportunity to work as a teacher at the San Antonio Zoo School and as a Body Adventure Education Manager at the Witte museum, overseeing the Body Adventure programs, cooking demonstrations, and culinary, herbal, and medicinal gardens.
